关于提供「INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK」软件综合体访问权限的服务条款

位于互联网资源 ii-nt.net 的智能分析平台「INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK」的管理方（以下简称「许可方」）发布本许可协议，该协议构成公开要约，面向任何通过表明接受的行为接受本协议条款的自然人或法人（以下简称「用户」）。
1. 术语与定义
- 平台（软件）
- 位于 ii-nt.net 的 Web 服务「INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK」，是用于定量数据分析和统计研究的智能分析系统。
- 个人账户
- 用户在平台上的个人界面，包含可用分析模块、使用限制和访问期限的信息。
- 许可
- 在所选订阅计划限制范围内，以简单（非独占）许可方式使用平台功能的权利。
- 数字资产
- 用于激活许可的记账单位的去中心化稳定币 USDT 和 USDC。
2. 协议标的
2.1. 许可方以付费方式向用户提供平台功能（SaaS 模式）的访问权限，适用简单（非独占）许可。
2.2. 不提供金融和投资咨询的声明：平台仅提供用于历史金融市场数据图形和数字分析的数学、定量、算法和统计工具。许可方不是金融、投资或税务顾问，不发布个人交易或投资建议，也不管理用户资金。所有分析结果仅供参考和教育用途。用户在金融市场上的所有交易决定均由其自行承担全部风险。
3. 协议订立、订阅计划与付款程序
3.1. 用户以数字资产支付所选订阅计划费用，即视为无条件且完全接受本协议条款。
3.2. 访问平台分析模块的费用仅以数字资产（稳定币）USDT 和/或 USDC 支付，通过用户下单时个人账户中指定的加密地址（钱包或智能合约）完成。
3.3. 在相应区块链网络（TRC-20、BEP-20、ERC-20 等）中收到所需数量的交易确认（Network Confirmations）后，平台访问将自动或手动立即激活。
3.4. 可用平台功能范围、技术使用限制（如历史数据深度、同时数据请求数量）和访问期限由 ii-nt.net 网站上公布的订阅计划参数决定。
3.5. 达到计划设定的技术限制后，平台有权限制或暂停部分功能，直至用户升级至更高订阅计划或购买额外数据量。
4. 使用限制与数据保护（反抓取）
4.1. 严禁用户使用任何自动化脚本、机器人、抓取器、解析器、爬虫或其他软件工具，对平台上的分析数据、图表和计算结果进行批量下载、复制、提取或汇总。
4.2. 若自动监控系统检测到异常高的请求量或其他可疑活动（包括但不限于：自动化数据抓取/解析的迹象，或单一账户被多个第三方同时使用），许可方有权单方面暂时或永久封禁用户对平台的访问，且不退还任何数字资产。
5. 责任与保证（「按原样」原则）
5.1. 平台及其算法按「按原样」（as is）和「按可用性」（as available）原则提供给用户。许可方不保证平台无错误、不间断运行，或分析结果符合用户的商业预期。
5.2. 对于因使用或无法使用平台而产生的利润损失、交易损失、精神损害或任何直接/间接财务损失（包括第三方 API、服务器或交易所连接故障），许可方不承担责任。
5.3. 对于用户在任何加密货币或传统资产交易所进行交易操作而产生的损失，许可方不予赔偿。
6. 访问期限与退款政策
6.1. 平台功能访问权限在已付费订阅计划规定的固定期限内提供。付费期届满后，访问将自动终止。系统不提供自动订阅续费（循环扣款）。如需延长访问，用户须手动完成新的区块链交易。
6.2. 由于平台分析功能在区块链交易确认后立即提供，对于已激活的访问期，不提供数字资产退款或回滚。
7. 争议解决及其他
7.1. 所有争议和分歧应通过许可方支持邮箱 support@ii-nt.net 协商解决。索赔审查期为 10 个自然日。
7.2. 许可方有权通过在 ii-nt.net 网站发布更新版本单方面修改本协议。

License Agreement
Terms of Service for Providing Access to the "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" Software Complex
Effective Date: Effective immediately upon publication on the website ii-nt.net
The Administration of the intellectual analytical platform "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK", located at the internet resource ii-nt.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), hereby publishes this License Agreement, which constitutes a Public Offer, addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accepts the terms of this Agreement by performing actions indicating acceptance.
1. Terms and Definitions
- Platform (Software)
- The web service "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" located at ii-nt.net, which is an intelligent analytical system designed for quantitative data analytics, algorithmic testing, and statistical research.
- Personal Account
- The User's personalized section on the Platform, containing information regarding accessible analytical modules, usage limits, and access duration.
- License
- The right to use the Platform's functionality under a simple (non-exclusive) license within the limits of the selected Subscription Plan.
- Digital Assets
- Decentralized stablecoins USDT and USDC, utilized as units of account for License activation.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Licensor grants the User, on a paid basis, access to the functionality of the Platform (SaaS) under a simple (non-exclusive) license.
2.2. Financial and Investment Advice Disclaimer: The Platform provides mathematical, quantitative, algorithmic, and statistical tools for historical market data analysis only. The Licensor is not a financial, investment, or tax advisor, does not issue individual trading or investment recommendations, and does not manage the User's capital. All analytical results are for informational and educational purposes only. The User makes all trading decisions in financial markets independently at their own sole risk.
3. Agreement Conclusion, Subscription Plans and Payment Procedure
3.1. Unconditional and full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed executed upon the User making a payment for the selected Subscription Plan in Digital Assets.
3.2. Payment for access to the Platform's analytical modules is executed exclusively in Digital Assets (stablecoins) USDT and/or USDC via the cryptographic addresses (wallets or smart contracts) specified in the User's Personal Account at the time of ordering.
3.3. Access to the Platform is activated automatically or manually immediately upon receiving the required number of transaction confirmations (Network Confirmations) in the respective blockchain network (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, etc.).
3.4. The scope of available Platform functionality, technical usage limits (such as historical data depth, number of simultaneous data requests), and access duration are determined by the parameters of the Subscription Plan published on the ii-nt.net website.
3.5. Upon reaching the technical limits set by the plan, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend certain features until the User upgrades to a higher Subscription Plan or purchases additional data volume.
4. Usage Restrictions and Data Protection (Anti-Scraping)
4.1. The User is strictly prohibited from using any automated scripts, robots, scrapers, parsers, crawlers, or other software tools to mass download, copy, extract, or aggregate analytical data, charts, or mathematical results from the Platform.
4.2. The Licensor reserves the right to unilaterally, temporarily, or permanently block the User's access to the Platform without any refund of Digital Assets if automated monitoring systems detect an abnormally high volume of requests or any other suspicious activity (including, but not limited to: signs of automated data scraping/parsing or simultaneous use of a single account by multiple third parties).
5. Liability and Warranties ("As Is" Principle)
5.1. The Platform and its algorithms are provided to the User on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Licensor does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis results will meet the User's commercial expectations.
5.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for any loss of profit, trading losses, moral damages, or any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by the User arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including failures of third-party APIs, servers, or exchange connections.
5.3. The Licensor does not compensate for losses incurred by the User as a result of trading operations on any cryptocurrency or traditional asset exchanges.
6. Access Duration and Refund Policy
6.1. Access to the Platform's functionality is granted for a fixed period specified by the paid Subscription Plan. Upon expiration of the paid period, access is automatically terminated. Automatic subscription renewals (recurring billing) do not apply. To extend access, the User must manually complete a new blockchain transaction.
6.2. Since access to the analytical functionality of the Platform is granted immediately upon transaction confirmation on the blockchain, refunds or rollbacks of Digital Assets for an already activated access period are not provided.
7. Dispute Resolution and Miscellaneous
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations via the Licensor's support email: support@ii-nt.net. The period for reviewing a claim is 10 calendar days.
7.2. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement unilaterally by publishing the updated version on the website ii-nt.net.
