Regulamin świadczenia dostępu do kompleksu programowego «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK»

Administracja inteligentnej platformy analitycznej «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK», znajdującej się pod adresem ii-nt.net (dalej: «Licencjodawca»), publikuje niniejszą Umowę Licencyjną stanowiącą ofertę publiczną skierowaną do każdej osoby fizycznej lub prawnej (dalej: «Użytkownik»), która zaakceptuje warunki niniejszej Umowy poprzez działania wskazujące na akceptację.
1. Terminy i definicje
- Platforma (Oprogramowanie)
- serwis internetowy «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK» (ii-nt.net), będący inteligentnym systemem analitycznym do ilościowej analizy danych i badań statystycznych.
- Konto osobiste
- osobisty interfejs Użytkownika na Platformie zawierający informacje o dostępnych modułach analitycznych, limitach i czasie trwania dostępu.
- Licencja
- prawo do korzystania z funkcjonalności Platformy na zasadzie prostej (niewyłącznej) licencji w granicach wybranego Planu Subskrypcji.
- Aktywa cyfrowe
- zdecentralizowane stablecoiny USDT i USDC wykorzystywane jako jednostki rozliczeniowe do aktywacji Licencji.
2. Przedmiot umowy
2.1. Licencjodawca udziela Użytkownikowi odpłatnego dostępu do funkcjonalności Platformy (model SaaS) na zasadzie prostej (niewyłącznej) licencji.
2.2. Zrzeczenie się świadczenia doradztwa finansowego i inwestycyjnego: Platforma zapewnia wyłącznie narzędzia matematyczne, ilościowe, algorytmiczne i statystyczne do analizy historycznych danych rynkowych. Licencjodawca nie jest doradcą finansowym, inwestycyjnym ani podatkowym, nie wydaje indywidualnych rekomendacji handlowych lub inwestycyjnych i nie zarządza kapitałem Użytkownika. Wszystkie wyniki analiz mają charakter wyłącznie informacyjny i edukacyjny. Użytkownik podejmuje wszelkie decyzje handlowe na rynkach finansowych samodzielnie na własne ryzyko.
3. Zawarcie umowy, plany i procedura płatności
3.1. Bezwarunkową i pełną akceptację warunków niniejszej Umowy uznaje się za dokonaną w momencie opłacenia przez Użytkownika wybranego Planu Subskrypcji w Aktywach cyfrowych.
3.2. Płatność za dostęp do modułów analitycznych Platformy dokonywana jest wyłącznie w Aktywach cyfrowych (stablecoinach) USDT i/lub USDC za pośrednictwem adresów kryptograficznych (portfeli lub smart kontraktów) wskazanych na Koncie osobistym Użytkownika w chwili składania zamówienia.
3.3. Dostęp do Platformy jest aktywowany automatycznie lub ręcznie natychmiast po otrzymaniu wymaganej liczby potwierdzeń transakcji (Network Confirmations) w odpowiedniej sieci blockchain (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20 itd.).
3.4. Zakres dostępnej funkcjonalności Platformy, limity techniczne (np. głębokość danych historycznych, liczba jednoczesnych zapytań) oraz czas trwania dostępu określają parametry Planu Subskrypcji opublikowane na stronie ii-nt.net.
3.5. Po osiągnięciu limitów technicznych planu Platforma zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia lub zawieszenia niektórych funkcji do momentu przejścia Użytkownika na wyższy Plan Subskrypcji lub zakupu dodatkowej objętości danych.
4. Ograniczenia użytkowania i ochrona danych (anti-scraping)
4.1. Użytkownikowi surowo zabrania się używania jakichkolwiek zautomatyzowanych skryptów, robotów, scraperów, parserów, crawlerów lub innych narzędzi programowych do masowego pobierania, kopiowania, ekstrakcji lub agregacji danych analitycznych, wykresów i wyników obliczeń z Platformy.
4.2. Licencjodawca zastrzega sobie prawo do jednostronnego, tymczasowego lub trwałego zablokowania dostępu Użytkownika do Platformy bez zwrotu Aktywów cyfrowych, jeśli automatyczne systemy monitorowania wykryją nienormalnie wysoką liczbę zapytań lub inną podejrzaną aktywność (w tym m.in. oznaki zautomatyzowanego scrapingu/parsingu lub jednoczesne korzystanie z jednego konta przez wielu podmiotów trzecich).
5. Odpowiedzialność i gwarancje (zasada «jak jest»)
5.1. Platforma i jej algorytmy są udostępniane Użytkownikowi na zasadzie «jak jest» (as is) i «w miarę dostępności» (as available). Licencjodawca nie gwarantuje, że Platforma będzie wolna od błędów, nieprzerwana lub że wyniki analiz spełnią oczekiwania komercyjne Użytkownika.
5.2. Licencjodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utracone korzyści, straty handlowe, szkody niematerialne ani jakiekolwiek bezpośrednie lub pośrednie straty finansowe poniesione przez Użytkownika w związku z korzystaniem lub niemożnością korzystania z Platformy, w tym awarie API podmiotów trzecich, serwerów lub połączeń giełdowych.
5.3. Licencjodawca nie rekompensuje strat poniesionych przez Użytkownika w wyniku operacji handlowych na jakichkolwiek giełdach kryptowalut lub tradycyjnych.
6. Czas trwania dostępu i polityka zwrotów
6.1. Dostęp do funkcjonalności Platformy jest przyznawany na stały okres określony opłaconym Planem Subskrypcji. Po upływie opłaconego okresu dostęp jest automatycznie wygaszany. Automatyczne odnawianie subskrypcji (cykliczne obciążenia) nie ma zastosowania. Aby przedłużyć dostęp, Użytkownik musi ręcznie dokonać nowej transakcji blockchain.
6.2. Ponieważ dostęp do funkcjonalności analitycznej Platformy jest przyznawany natychmiast po potwierdzeniu transakcji w blockchain, zwroty lub cofnięcia Aktywów cyfrowych za już aktywowany okres dostępu nie są przewidziane.
7. Rozstrzyganie sporów i postanowienia końcowe
7.1. Wszelkie spory i rozbieżności będą rozstrzygane przez Strony w drodze negocjacji za pośrednictwem e-maila wsparcia Licencjodawcy: support@ii-nt.net. Termin rozpatrzenia reklamacji wynosi 10 dni kalendarzowych.
7.2. Licencjodawca zastrzega sobie prawo do jednostronnej zmiany niniejszej Umowy poprzez publikację zaktualizowanej wersji na stronie ii-nt.net.

License Agreement
Terms of Service for Providing Access to the "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" Software Complex
Effective Date: Effective immediately upon publication on the website ii-nt.net
The Administration of the intellectual analytical platform "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK", located at the internet resource ii-nt.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), hereby publishes this License Agreement, which constitutes a Public Offer, addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accepts the terms of this Agreement by performing actions indicating acceptance.
1. Terms and Definitions
- Platform (Software)
- The web service "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" located at ii-nt.net, which is an intelligent analytical system designed for quantitative data analytics, algorithmic testing, and statistical research.
- Personal Account
- The User's personalized section on the Platform, containing information regarding accessible analytical modules, usage limits, and access duration.
- License
- The right to use the Platform's functionality under a simple (non-exclusive) license within the limits of the selected Subscription Plan.
- Digital Assets
- Decentralized stablecoins USDT and USDC, utilized as units of account for License activation.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Licensor grants the User, on a paid basis, access to the functionality of the Platform (SaaS) under a simple (non-exclusive) license.
2.2. Financial and Investment Advice Disclaimer: The Platform provides mathematical, quantitative, algorithmic, and statistical tools for historical market data analysis only. The Licensor is not a financial, investment, or tax advisor, does not issue individual trading or investment recommendations, and does not manage the User's capital. All analytical results are for informational and educational purposes only. The User makes all trading decisions in financial markets independently at their own sole risk.
3. Agreement Conclusion, Subscription Plans and Payment Procedure
3.1. Unconditional and full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed executed upon the User making a payment for the selected Subscription Plan in Digital Assets.
3.2. Payment for access to the Platform's analytical modules is executed exclusively in Digital Assets (stablecoins) USDT and/or USDC via the cryptographic addresses (wallets or smart contracts) specified in the User's Personal Account at the time of ordering.
3.3. Access to the Platform is activated automatically or manually immediately upon receiving the required number of transaction confirmations (Network Confirmations) in the respective blockchain network (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, etc.).
3.4. The scope of available Platform functionality, technical usage limits (such as historical data depth, number of simultaneous data requests), and access duration are determined by the parameters of the Subscription Plan published on the ii-nt.net website.
3.5. Upon reaching the technical limits set by the plan, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend certain features until the User upgrades to a higher Subscription Plan or purchases additional data volume.
4. Usage Restrictions and Data Protection (Anti-Scraping)
4.1. The User is strictly prohibited from using any automated scripts, robots, scrapers, parsers, crawlers, or other software tools to mass download, copy, extract, or aggregate analytical data, charts, or mathematical results from the Platform.
4.2. The Licensor reserves the right to unilaterally, temporarily, or permanently block the User's access to the Platform without any refund of Digital Assets if automated monitoring systems detect an abnormally high volume of requests or any other suspicious activity (including, but not limited to: signs of automated data scraping/parsing or simultaneous use of a single account by multiple third parties).
5. Liability and Warranties ("As Is" Principle)
5.1. The Platform and its algorithms are provided to the User on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Licensor does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis results will meet the User's commercial expectations.
5.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for any loss of profit, trading losses, moral damages, or any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by the User arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including failures of third-party APIs, servers, or exchange connections.
5.3. The Licensor does not compensate for losses incurred by the User as a result of trading operations on any cryptocurrency or traditional asset exchanges.
6. Access Duration and Refund Policy
6.1. Access to the Platform's functionality is granted for a fixed period specified by the paid Subscription Plan. Upon expiration of the paid period, access is automatically terminated. Automatic subscription renewals (recurring billing) do not apply. To extend access, the User must manually complete a new blockchain transaction.
6.2. Since access to the analytical functionality of the Platform is granted immediately upon transaction confirmation on the blockchain, refunds or rollbacks of Digital Assets for an already activated access period are not provided.
7. Dispute Resolution and Miscellaneous
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations via the Licensor's support email: support@ii-nt.net. The period for reviewing a claim is 10 calendar days.
7.2. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement unilaterally by publishing the updated version on the website ii-nt.net.
