Termini di servizio per l'accesso al complesso software «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK»

L'Amministrazione della piattaforma analitica intelligente «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK», situata sulla risorsa Internet ii-nt.net (di seguito, il «Licenziante»), pubblica il presente Contratto di Licenza, che costituisce un'offerta pubblica rivolta a qualsiasi persona fisica o giuridica (di seguito, l'«Utente») che accetti i termini del presente Contratto mediante azioni che indicano l'accettazione.
1. Termini e definizioni
- Piattaforma (Software)
- il servizio web «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK» su ii-nt.net, un sistema analitico intelligente per l'analisi quantitativa dei dati e la ricerca statistica.
- Account personale
- la sezione personalizzata dell'Utente sulla Piattaforma, contenente informazioni sui moduli analitici disponibili, i limiti di utilizzo e la durata dell'accesso.
- Licenza
- il diritto di utilizzare le funzionalità della Piattaforma con licenza semplice (non esclusiva) entro i limiti del Piano di Abbonamento selezionato.
- Asset digitali
- stablecoin decentralizzate USDT e USDC, utilizzate come unità di conto per l'attivazione della Licenza.
2. Oggetto del contratto
2.1. Il Licenziante concede all'Utente, a pagamento, l'accesso alle funzionalità della Piattaforma (modello SaaS) con licenza semplice (non esclusiva).
2.2. Esclusione di consulenza finanziaria e di investimento: la Piattaforma fornisce esclusivamente strumenti matematici, quantitativi, algoritmici e statistici per l'analisi dei dati storici di mercato. Il Licenziante non è un consulente finanziario, di investimenti o fiscale, non emette raccomandazioni individuali di trading o investimento e non gestisce il capitale dell'Utente. Tutti i risultati analitici sono solo a scopo informativo ed educativo. L'Utente prende tutte le decisioni di trading sui mercati finanziari in modo indipendente e a proprio rischio.
3. Conclusione del contratto, piani e procedura di pagamento
3.1. L'accettazione incondizionata e completa dei termini del presente Contratto si considera effettuata al momento del pagamento da parte dell'Utente del Piano di Abbonamento selezionato in Asset digitali.
3.2. Il pagamento per l'accesso ai moduli analitici della Piattaforma avviene esclusivamente in Asset digitali (stablecoin) USDT e/o USDC tramite gli indirizzi crittografici (wallet o smart contract) indicati nell'Account personale dell'Utente al momento dell'ordine.
3.3. L'accesso alla Piattaforma viene attivato automaticamente o manualmente subito dopo il ricevimento del numero richiesto di conferme di transazione (Network Confirmations) nella rispettiva rete blockchain (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, ecc.).
3.4. L'ambito delle funzionalità disponibili, i limiti tecnici di utilizzo (come la profondità dei dati storici e il numero di richieste simultanee) e la durata dell'accesso sono determinati dai parametri del Piano di Abbonamento pubblicati sul sito ii-nt.net.
3.5. Al raggiungimento dei limiti tecnici del piano, la Piattaforma si riserva il diritto di limitare o sospendere alcune funzionalità fino a quando l'Utente non passa a un piano superiore o acquista un volume aggiuntivo di dati.
4. Restrizioni d'uso e protezione dei dati (anti-scraping)
4.1. È severamente vietato all'Utente utilizzare script automatizzati, robot, scraper, parser, crawler o altri strumenti software per scaricare, copiare, estrarre o aggregare in massa dati analitici, grafici o risultati matematici dalla Piattaforma.
4.2. Il Licenziante si riserva il diritto di bloccare unilateralmente, temporaneamente o permanentemente, l'accesso dell'Utente alla Piattaforma senza alcun rimborso di Asset digitali se i sistemi di monitoraggio automatico rilevano un volume anormalmente elevato di richieste o altra attività sospetta (inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo, segni di scraping/parsing automatizzato o uso simultaneo di un singolo account da parte di più terzi).
5. Responsabilità e garanzie (principio «così com'è»)
5.1. La Piattaforma e i suoi algoritmi sono forniti all'Utente «così com'è» (as is) e «come disponibile» (as available). Il Licenziante non garantisce che la Piattaforma sia priva di errori, ininterrotta o che i risultati dell'analisi soddisfino le aspettative commerciali dell'Utente.
5.2. Il Licenziante non sarà responsabile per mancati profitti, perdite di trading, danni morali o perdite finanziarie dirette o indirette subite dall'Utente a causa dell'uso o dell'impossibilità di usare la Piattaforma, inclusi guasti di API di terze parti, server o connessioni agli exchange.
5.3. Il Licenziante non risarcisce le perdite subite dall'Utente a seguito di operazioni di trading su exchange di criptovalute o di asset tradizionali.
6. Durata dell'accesso e politica di rimborso
6.1. L'accesso alle funzionalità della Piattaforma è concesso per un periodo fisso specificato dal Piano di Abbonamento pagato. Alla scadenza del periodo pagato, l'accesso termina automaticamente. Non si applicano rinnovi automatici dell'abbonamento (fatturazione ricorrente). Per estendere l'accesso, l'Utente deve completare manualmente una nuova transazione blockchain.
6.2. Poiché l'accesso alle funzionalità analitiche della Piattaforma è concesso immediatamente dopo la conferma della transazione sulla blockchain, non sono previsti rimborsi o storni di Asset digitali per un periodo di accesso già attivato.
7. Risoluzione delle controversie e disposizioni varie
7.1. Tutte le controversie e i disaccordi saranno risolti dalle Parti mediante negoziazione tramite l'e-mail di supporto del Licenziante: support@ii-nt.net. Il termine per l'esame dei reclami è di 10 giorni di calendario.
7.2. Il Licenziante si riserva il diritto di modificare unilateralmente il presente Contratto pubblicando la versione aggiornata sul sito ii-nt.net.

Terms of Service for Providing Access to the "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" Software Complex
Effective Date: Effective immediately upon publication on the website ii-nt.net
The Administration of the intellectual analytical platform "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK", located at the internet resource ii-nt.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), hereby publishes this License Agreement, which constitutes a Public Offer, addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accepts the terms of this Agreement by performing actions indicating acceptance.
1. Terms and Definitions
- Platform (Software)
- The web service "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" located at ii-nt.net, which is an intelligent analytical system designed for quantitative data analytics, algorithmic testing, and statistical research.
- Personal Account
- The User's personalized section on the Platform, containing information regarding accessible analytical modules, usage limits, and access duration.
- License
- The right to use the Platform's functionality under a simple (non-exclusive) license within the limits of the selected Subscription Plan.
- Digital Assets
- Decentralized stablecoins USDT and USDC, utilized as units of account for License activation.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Licensor grants the User, on a paid basis, access to the functionality of the Platform (SaaS) under a simple (non-exclusive) license.
2.2. Financial and Investment Advice Disclaimer: The Platform provides mathematical, quantitative, algorithmic, and statistical tools for historical market data analysis only. The Licensor is not a financial, investment, or tax advisor, does not issue individual trading or investment recommendations, and does not manage the User's capital. All analytical results are for informational and educational purposes only. The User makes all trading decisions in financial markets independently at their own sole risk.
3. Agreement Conclusion, Subscription Plans and Payment Procedure
3.1. Unconditional and full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed executed upon the User making a payment for the selected Subscription Plan in Digital Assets.
3.2. Payment for access to the Platform's analytical modules is executed exclusively in Digital Assets (stablecoins) USDT and/or USDC via the cryptographic addresses (wallets or smart contracts) specified in the User's Personal Account at the time of ordering.
3.3. Access to the Platform is activated automatically or manually immediately upon receiving the required number of transaction confirmations (Network Confirmations) in the respective blockchain network (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, etc.).
3.4. The scope of available Platform functionality, technical usage limits (such as historical data depth, number of simultaneous data requests), and access duration are determined by the parameters of the Subscription Plan published on the ii-nt.net website.
3.5. Upon reaching the technical limits set by the plan, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend certain features until the User upgrades to a higher Subscription Plan or purchases additional data volume.
4. Usage Restrictions and Data Protection (Anti-Scraping)
4.1. The User is strictly prohibited from using any automated scripts, robots, scrapers, parsers, crawlers, or other software tools to mass download, copy, extract, or aggregate analytical data, charts, or mathematical results from the Platform.
4.2. The Licensor reserves the right to unilaterally, temporarily, or permanently block the User's access to the Platform without any refund of Digital Assets if automated monitoring systems detect an abnormally high volume of requests or any other suspicious activity (including, but not limited to: signs of automated data scraping/parsing or simultaneous use of a single account by multiple third parties).
5. Liability and Warranties ("As Is" Principle)
5.1. The Platform and its algorithms are provided to the User on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Licensor does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis results will meet the User's commercial expectations.
5.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for any loss of profit, trading losses, moral damages, or any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by the User arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including failures of third-party APIs, servers, or exchange connections.
5.3. The Licensor does not compensate for losses incurred by the User as a result of trading operations on any cryptocurrency or traditional asset exchanges.
6. Access Duration and Refund Policy
6.1. Access to the Platform's functionality is granted for a fixed period specified by the paid Subscription Plan. Upon expiration of the paid period, access is automatically terminated. Automatic subscription renewals (recurring billing) do not apply. To extend access, the User must manually complete a new blockchain transaction.
6.2. Since access to the analytical functionality of the Platform is granted immediately upon transaction confirmation on the blockchain, refunds or rollbacks of Digital Assets for an already activated access period are not provided.
7. Dispute Resolution and Miscellaneous
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations via the Licensor's support email: support@ii-nt.net. The period for reviewing a claim is 10 calendar days.
7.2. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement unilaterally by publishing the updated version on the website ii-nt.net.
