La Administración de la plataforma analítica inteligente «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK», ubicada en el recurso de Internet ii-nt.net (en adelante, el «Licenciante»), publica el presente Acuerdo de Licencia, que constituye una oferta pública dirigida a cualquier persona física o jurídica (en adelante, el «Usuario») que acepte los términos de este Acuerdo mediante acciones que indiquen aceptación.
1. Términos y definiciones
- Plataforma (Software)
- el servicio web «INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK» en ii-nt.net, un sistema analítico inteligente para el análisis cuantitativo de datos e investigación estadística.
- Cuenta personal
- la sección personal del Usuario en la Plataforma, que contiene información sobre módulos analíticos disponibles, límites de uso y duración del acceso.
- Licencia
- el derecho a utilizar la funcionalidad de la Plataforma bajo una licencia simple (no exclusiva) dentro de los límites del Plan de Suscripción seleccionado.
- Activos digitales
- stablecoins descentralizadas USDT y USDC, utilizadas como unidades de cuenta para la activación de la Licencia.
2. Objeto del acuerdo
2.1. El Licenciante concede al Usuario, de forma remunerada, acceso a la funcionalidad de la Plataforma (modelo SaaS) bajo una licencia simple (no exclusiva).
2.2. Exención de asesoramiento financiero e de inversión: la Plataforma proporciona únicamente herramientas matemáticas, cuantitativas, algorítmicas y estadísticas para el análisis de datos históricos del mercado. El Licenciante no es asesor financiero, de inversiones ni fiscal, no emite recomendaciones individuales de trading o inversión y no gestiona el capital del Usuario. Todos los resultados analíticos son solo informativos y educativos. El Usuario toma todas las decisiones de trading en los mercados financieros de forma independiente y bajo su propio riesgo.
3. Conclusión del acuerdo, planes y procedimiento de pago
3.1. La aceptación incondicional y plena de los términos de este Acuerdo se considerará realizada cuando el Usuario pague el Plan de Suscripción seleccionado en Activos digitales.
3.2. El pago del acceso a los módulos analíticos de la Plataforma se realiza exclusivamente en Activos digitales (stablecoins) USDT y/o USDC mediante las direcciones criptográficas (monederos o contratos inteligentes) indicadas en la Cuenta personal del Usuario en el momento del pedido.
3.3. El acceso a la Plataforma se activa automática o manualmente inmediatamente después de recibir el número requerido de confirmaciones de transacción (Network Confirmations) en la red blockchain correspondiente (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, etc.).
3.4. El alcance de la funcionalidad disponible, los límites técnicos de uso (como la profundidad de datos históricos y el número de solicitudes simultáneas) y la duración del acceso se determinan por los parámetros del Plan de Suscripción publicados en ii-nt.net.
3.5. Al alcanzar los límites técnicos del plan, la Plataforma se reserva el derecho de restringir o suspender ciertas funciones hasta que el Usuario actualice a un plan superior o adquiera volumen adicional de datos.
4. Restricciones de uso y protección de datos (anti-scraping)
4.1. Se prohíbe estrictamente al Usuario utilizar scripts automatizados, robots, scrapers, parsers, crawlers u otras herramientas de software para descargar, copiar, extraer o agregar masivamente datos analíticos, gráficos o resultados matemáticos de la Plataforma.
4.2. El Licenciante se reserva el derecho de bloquear unilateralmente, temporal o permanentemente, el acceso del Usuario a la Plataforma sin reembolso de Activos digitales si los sistemas de monitoreo detectan un volumen anormalmente alto de solicitudes u otra actividad sospechosa (incluidos, entre otros, signos de scraping/parsing automatizado o uso simultáneo de una sola cuenta por varios terceros).
5. Responsabilidad y garantías (principio «tal cual»)
5.1. La Plataforma y sus algoritmos se proporcionan al Usuario «tal cual» (as is) y «según disponibilidad» (as available). El Licenciante no garantiza que la Plataforma esté libre de errores, sea ininterrumpida o que los resultados del análisis cumplan las expectativas comerciales del Usuario.
5.2. El Licenciante no será responsable de lucro cesante, pérdidas de trading, daños morales ni pérdidas financieras directas o indirectas derivadas del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la Plataforma, incluidos fallos de APIs de terceros, servidores o conexiones con exchanges.
5.3. El Licenciante no compensa las pérdidas incurridas por el Usuario como resultado de operaciones de trading en exchanges de criptomonedas o activos tradicionales.
6. Duración del acceso y política de reembolsos
6.1. El acceso a la funcionalidad de la Plataforma se concede por un período fijo especificado por el Plan de Suscripción pagado. Al expirar el período pagado, el acceso se termina automáticamente. No aplican renovaciones automáticas de suscripción (facturación recurrente). Para extender el acceso, el Usuario debe completar manualmente una nueva transacción blockchain.
6.2. Dado que el acceso a la funcionalidad analítica de la Plataforma se concede inmediatamente tras la confirmación de la transacción en la blockchain, no se proporcionan reembolsos ni reversiones de Activos digitales por un período de acceso ya activado.
7. Resolución de disputas y disposiciones varias
7.1. Todas las disputas y desacuerdos se resolverán mediante negociaciones a través del correo de soporte del Licenciante: support@ii-nt.net. El plazo de revisión de reclamaciones es de 10 días naturales.
7.2. El Licenciante se reserva el derecho de modificar unilateralmente este Acuerdo publicando la versión actualizada en el sitio web ii-nt.net.

Terms of Service for Providing Access to the "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" Software Complex
Effective Date: Effective immediately upon publication on the website ii-nt.net
The Administration of the intellectual analytical platform "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK", located at the internet resource ii-nt.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), hereby publishes this License Agreement, which constitutes a Public Offer, addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accepts the terms of this Agreement by performing actions indicating acceptance.
1. Terms and Definitions
- Platform (Software)
- The web service "INTELLIGENT INVESTMENTS NETWORK" located at ii-nt.net, which is an intelligent analytical system designed for quantitative data analytics, algorithmic testing, and statistical research.
- Personal Account
- The User's personalized section on the Platform, containing information regarding accessible analytical modules, usage limits, and access duration.
- License
- The right to use the Platform's functionality under a simple (non-exclusive) license within the limits of the selected Subscription Plan.
- Digital Assets
- Decentralized stablecoins USDT and USDC, utilized as units of account for License activation.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Licensor grants the User, on a paid basis, access to the functionality of the Platform (SaaS) under a simple (non-exclusive) license.
2.2. Financial and Investment Advice Disclaimer: The Platform provides mathematical, quantitative, algorithmic, and statistical tools for historical market data analysis only. The Licensor is not a financial, investment, or tax advisor, does not issue individual trading or investment recommendations, and does not manage the User's capital. All analytical results are for informational and educational purposes only. The User makes all trading decisions in financial markets independently at their own sole risk.
3. Agreement Conclusion, Subscription Plans and Payment Procedure
3.1. Unconditional and full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed executed upon the User making a payment for the selected Subscription Plan in Digital Assets.
3.2. Payment for access to the Platform's analytical modules is executed exclusively in Digital Assets (stablecoins) USDT and/or USDC via the cryptographic addresses (wallets or smart contracts) specified in the User's Personal Account at the time of ordering.
3.3. Access to the Platform is activated automatically or manually immediately upon receiving the required number of transaction confirmations (Network Confirmations) in the respective blockchain network (TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20, etc.).
3.4. The scope of available Platform functionality, technical usage limits (such as historical data depth, number of simultaneous data requests), and access duration are determined by the parameters of the Subscription Plan published on the ii-nt.net website.
3.5. Upon reaching the technical limits set by the plan, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend certain features until the User upgrades to a higher Subscription Plan or purchases additional data volume.
4. Usage Restrictions and Data Protection (Anti-Scraping)
4.1. The User is strictly prohibited from using any automated scripts, robots, scrapers, parsers, crawlers, or other software tools to mass download, copy, extract, or aggregate analytical data, charts, or mathematical results from the Platform.
4.2. The Licensor reserves the right to unilaterally, temporarily, or permanently block the User's access to the Platform without any refund of Digital Assets if automated monitoring systems detect an abnormally high volume of requests or any other suspicious activity (including, but not limited to: signs of automated data scraping/parsing or simultaneous use of a single account by multiple third parties).
5. Liability and Warranties ("As Is" Principle)
5.1. The Platform and its algorithms are provided to the User on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Licensor does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis results will meet the User's commercial expectations.
5.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for any loss of profit, trading losses, moral damages, or any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by the User arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including failures of third-party APIs, servers, or exchange connections.
5.3. The Licensor does not compensate for losses incurred by the User as a result of trading operations on any cryptocurrency or traditional asset exchanges.
6. Access Duration and Refund Policy
6.1. Access to the Platform's functionality is granted for a fixed period specified by the paid Subscription Plan. Upon expiration of the paid period, access is automatically terminated. Automatic subscription renewals (recurring billing) do not apply. To extend access, the User must manually complete a new blockchain transaction.
6.2. Since access to the analytical functionality of the Platform is granted immediately upon transaction confirmation on the blockchain, refunds or rollbacks of Digital Assets for an already activated access period are not provided.
7. Dispute Resolution and Miscellaneous
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations via the Licensor's support email: support@ii-nt.net. The period for reviewing a claim is 10 calendar days.
7.2. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement unilaterally by publishing the updated version on the website ii-nt.net.
